SMS notifications are entirely optional. You can submit this form and complete your Cortex account registration without providing a phone number or enabling SMS. Consent to SMS is not a condition of any Cortex service.

If you enabled SMS notifications, you will receive a confirmation SMS from Cortex. Reply YES to that message to confirm enrollment. If you did not enable SMS, you will receive no SMS messages.

Cortex does not send marketing or promotional messages. If you enroll in SMS notifications, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or using the opt-out form.
